The Akkala Ancient Tech Lab is located in the Akkala Region in northeastern Hyrule. To get there, you’ll need to travel through the AkkalaAs far as ancient tech labs go, the one in Akkala is pretty easy to find. Just head to the northeast corner of Hyrule and you should see it on your map. If you get lost, just look for Death Mountain – it’s northeast of there.
Once you’re at the tech lab, talk to Robbie. He’ll give you a quest to find three missing power cells. The first two are nearby – one in the Gerudo Desert and one in the Eldin Mountains. The third is a little more tricky to find, but we’ve got a guide for that too!
How to get to Akkala Ancient Tech Lab

By Sea
You can take a boat to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab from Hateno Village. To get there, go to the docks in Hateno Village and talk to the man in the green shirt. He’ll take you there for 20 rupees.

Get the ancient tech
The tech you’re looking for is on a small island to the northeast of Hyrule Castle. To get there, head to the bridge that’s just east of Hyrule Castle Town. You’ll see a man fishing there – talk to him, and he’ll give you a ride across the water in his boat.
When you get to the other side, head north and east until you find the tech lab. Inside, you’ll find an ancient robot named Purah. She’ll give you the guidance you need to get started on your journey.
