But he has no head coaching experience, and that could be a negative in the eyes of some Tech fans who are looking for a coach with a proven track record.

Dabo Swinney is the current head football coach for Clemson University. He has been the head coach since 2008. He has led Clemson to five ACC titles, four College Football Playoff appearances, and three national championship game appearances. He has also been named the ACC Coach of the Year three times.
