In-State Residents

Room and Board
The typical student spends $10,430 for housing and $5,002 for dining in their first year. This estimate is based on the costs for a double-occupancy room in a standard residence hall with the Optional Meal Plan. Your actual costs may be higher or lower depending on your living arrangements and food choices.
Out-of-State Residents

Room and board rates are based on the room type and occupancy. All first-year students are required to live on campus in one of our residence halls.

-Crispus Attucks Smith Hall Single Room: $2,950 per semester
Other Costs
