The Certification of an MRI Tech

Once you have successfully passed one of these exams, you will then be required to maintain your credential through continued education or re-examination every four years. Certification through the ARRT is voluntary, but many employers prefer to hire MRI techs who are certified by this organization.
The Salary of an MRI Tech
In the United States, MRI techs make a median salary of $64,630 per year, which means that half of techs earn more than this amount while half earn less.MRI techs in the 10th percentile may earn less than $46,810 while those in the 90th percentile can bring in more than $86,330 per year.
The Future of MRI Tech
